Like the fact Geodesy check with planning offices for the postion of new camera cos funnily enough they don't need planning permission and your local planning office wont have a clue, your highway authority should though!

The planning trick is to look up the cabling i.e. the power source all permanent cameras require. This is a very slow and unrealiable method but it helps confirm suspicions!

Nearly at the 25+ mark so come on get yours orders in!

Hi there guys. Now, please don't think i'm mister negative because actually I think this is a great product and thanks for all the answers to my previous questions. Its just that if i'm going to spend this much money I want to get the right thing.

Has anyone seen a piece of kit called TrakM8 http://www.trakm8.com/. Once you've taken into account VAT its not that much more expensive than the Geodesy, offers the camera location warnings and a whole lot more. Has anyone any experience of it ? Why would the Geodesy be a better buy ? Looking to be convinced please.
