I'm sure the outside dimensions are the same as the Swedish ones (the rears on mine run a little further up round the arch though). If the flaps are any longer they tend to scrape the ground during 'boot' mode and hard cornering... this gets very annoying! The Swedish ones are wider on the 'inside' but I've found that if they are too wide they tend to curl as they are basically acting as an air brake!
These are about the fifth set I've tried...I'm very fickle
The new Polyurethane material is extremely tough (this also negates the need for full brackets) and is therefore very difficult to trim (the flaps will be punched out)... but the cheaper rubber material (as in the photos) can be easily cut with a Stanley knife.
I've sent the templates away so the punches can be made (the flaps will now have rounded edges ) and initially ordered enough for 4 sets in black - these should arrive in 7-10 working days...
If this all checks out O.K then...
£95 inc VAT & P&P for batches of 10 (any colour) Or £115 inc. for single orders. I think the vast majority posted here will fall into the former catorgory! The flaps in rubber (black only) will be around £70-75. Again orders should take around 7 - 10 days.
As this is turning out to be a bit of a 'commercial venture' and I wouldn't want to be seen as selling a 'product' directly on the bbs... I'm therefore aiming to get the website up and running as soon as possible so you will be able to order/see fitting instructions/more photos etc....
I'll keep you posted.
Cheers
jase.
Chris - I'll only sell to you if you come for a ride round Donno

Ok chaps, sorry for the delay.
I am sold on Jase's Mudflaps not the Swedish ones, so my moneys with him. To be honest though, I have recently had a few e-mail horror stories sent to me, warning me about group buy's etc. It is to my regret that I will not have anything to do with postage and packing of these flaps. My hope is that Jase will accept the deal of 10 people or more and he posts them out to the individual's respectively.
So in light of this, who still wants to be on the group buy list for Jase's British Polyurethane Mudflaps for £95 a set? Post a reply on here with your interest including quantity and colour. I will collate numbers as we go and as soon as we have ten people or more, I will notify Jase ASAP.
Alternatively, if you can't be ar5ed with a group thingy, or want rubber ones, then contact him directly yourself (single sales = £75 rubber, £115 poly).
If the group numbers are not that great, I will be going that route .
Cheers, Jacko.

Just waiting for the first batch to arrive (should have been here on Friday)
As soon as they appear I will fit a set to the car (again!)...just to be sure everythings spot on before I start taking orders.
Sorry about the wait!
Cheers
