Si
If you have more wing on the front than the back, the cars front is pushed down more, hence more grip at the front, less at the back and vice versa.
The camber angle moves the top of the tyres under the arches so during cornering when the tyres are pushed outwards there is more flat rubber in contact with the tarmac. This is why race cars always look like their wheels are pointing in at the top - adjust depending on the track - i.e. on an oval track, you are always turning left so all camber must point the same way.
Toe-in allows better performance through the bends, and actually points the front wheels in or out as you look down on the car. Once again depends on the track.
Softer suspension and roll bars (stability) can be setup to allow better conering, over/understeer etc. A stiffer rear end will allow for oversteer etc etc

bio - yes you can - only £200 ish, and it is a DVD player as well.
Not to mention forthcoming games - Colin McRae, Toca, Getaway, GTA Vice etc etc.
All that for the cost of about 1200 miles petrol in a Scoob

1.08.847 - Previous run had traction control on
This one is manual gears - as before
Left ASM on, cos I'm using a control pad - force feedback on my GT3 wheel has broken
(yes it is plugged in
)
Edited to say that this car (GT-One Road Car) could be much faster, if I could get it to lay *some* of its 1099 hp on the track!
