F1 is ****e, a sport for toffs, and has no relation to the real grass roots motorsport that most of us compete in....

The power of Scoobynet.

While you lot were tapping away at the above gloating, I was sitting in a bar being proffered free tickets to the European Le Mans Series Estoril 1000km, by a person I've never met before. Pit lane pass included.

Strangely enough, I didn't refuse.

Now please can we start discussing being offered free Ferraris?

I agree with you there.. the sports becoming almost American in the way they substitute action with "tactics" and "statistics" in an attempt to keep us from falling into a coma of indifference.
