....whats all this gloating about the GP for??

F1 is ****e, a sport for toffs, and has no relation to the real grass roots motorsport that most of us compete in....
Why massage the ego's of these corporate ******?

(walks away shaking head)

The power of Scoobynet.

While you lot were tapping away at the above gloating, I was sitting in a bar being proffered free tickets to the European Le Mans Series Estoril 1000km, by a person I've never met before. Pit lane pass included.

Strangely enough, I didn't refuse.

Now please can we start discussing being offered free Ferraris?

... possibly true for the first 10mins and the last lap. For the rest of the time the "exciting variations in pit strategies" will deprive you of even this simple pleasure.

Sorry, slipped into F1 Cynic mode for a mo...

I agree with you there.. the sports becoming almost American in the way they substitute action with "tactics" and "statistics" in an attempt to keep us from falling into a coma of indifference.
