David, you are behind the times, no need for a turbo if you run a six port boost solenoid. (lol)

Cool

Hi Bob,
Look forward to seeing you there. I am sure there are lots of Northern Subaru owners would like to meet you.
Davd,
On my last run at Well Lane with my standard VF28 I had 356 bhp. It was a warm day and on top of that the car had a lot of heat soak. However like Bob says this 6 port boost solenoid is a magic piece of kit. All in all I was impressed with the last result because some of the pundits tell me a VF 28 is only good for 330bhp. Do you think the rollers exaggerate?

Harvey,

rollers never exaggerate unless I a get a crap result!

Bluddy car was misfiring again yesterday - for the time in two months so we may be getting the three cylinder result again not the four cylinder

Richard: My spec should include Snake Oil. AKA Broquettes. I will be seeing about getting my money back in view of the other long th
ead.
David : Mine has a slight miss and hesitation at high boost and I am thinking I may need some better plugs.

Big thanks to Rich for organising another good day out - bit cold up in Batley today though ! Seeing a Scooby pull 417 BHP warmed me up a bit though, gotta find out the spec of that car !

More than happy with my more modest 283BHP, BTW Rich my Power FC wasn't installed for todays run. Hoping to have a few more goodies on for the next run ( yes, I'm putting my name down NOW ! ), aiming to join the 300 club next time !

Harvey, as discussed you defo need better plugs .. Mark A can supply at a good pice .. NGK racing jobbies "8" work very well indeed. Not for the "normal" upgraded car though ... too cold.
