Mmmm... what about us peeps with 15" wheels? I've just about killed my 2nd set of 15" S02's now, what should I replace them with?

Well after way to much reading and deliberation on this subject and thanks the BoostII for sending me the Evo tyre test report, I've decided to go for the Goodyear F1 GSD3.


Anyone out there with Pirelli's should watch out as they came way last in the wet handling

The S02's turned out to be S03's but you probably saw that coming!!! The tyre place just read out the code from screen or something when I ordered and that hadn't been updated. My plan now is to replace the other two with matching S03's hopefully next month when pay day arrives!

I do understand the importance of matching tyres and would love to be in a situation where I could just replace all 4 every time. Sadly that ain't ever gonna happen, unless someone wants to pay me a shedload more money than I get now ...

New tyres look good, feel good and I'm happy for the mo.

Guys we still have a few sizes in the S02.

I agree by the way, the S02 is a much better tyre than the S03. I would rather have a Toyo Proxes than the S03.

Hey John

Not sure about the Ring trip, we shall see.

The Frog and I are going on a long trans-European holiday on Monday. Staying at Bordeaux for wine tasting, and seeing her Grandad, then over the Pyrenees to Barcelona, across to Mallorca for a week, then back to Spain, may go over the Pyrenees’s again, hehehe then up to Lyon, and the Cote Du Rhone region etc for plenty more wine tasting etc , then home. All in about 2500miles.


Can’t wait especially as I’ve got me new S02’s fitted J
