Thatcham meet - I'd be up for that, if it was on a weekday. Weekends I might not come - until I move closer to work at least. Anyone in Thatcham/Cold Ash up for that? (or shouldn't I have taken that comment so seriously)

Yep, it's been rather wet hasn't it (round our area anyway & I suspect most of the UK too). Had to happen sooner or later - we can't keep the mediterranean whether forever.

Plantie normally sets up a meet in the local chinese/indian in Thatcham, we could walk from our house in the Whellers Green way area.

Didn't push bike today!!!!! to work, had to get the scooby out for a run.

BTW, Do any of you ever go to the local motor cub. They meet up at the pub on Emborne Road on 1st, 3rd and 5th thurdays of the month so should be on tomorrow. Some of them have some pretty quick cars and 1 guy (Steve Fleck if any of u have heard of him)has an awesome Impreza WRC.

Thatcham meet sounds like a good idea... What about the Swan (near the station) if it's good weather, cos there's loads of seats outside. Or the Berkshire Arms is pretty good now - loads of choice for food, and a few big tables.

Didn't know there was a motor club in Newbury either, and I've been back in the area for 5 or 6 years! Can't do tonight, but I might check the next one out. Anyone else up for it?

BTW I think you lot are rotten - refusing to stick your legs out of the window...I dunno, no sense of commitment...

Oh my god - I used to live about a 5 min walk from there! Just had a look - didn't see any scoobies though, just a load of old escorts etc. Still, I suppose we could always improve the class by getting a load of scooby drivers in?

Got my Scoob. Wonderful. Love it. Much more relaxing to drive. I know people say interiors aren't an Impreza's strong point, and compared to other £20k+ cars it so isn't, but compared to my 9yr old Corsa it rocks!

Breezer, glad you love it I was of the same opinion after my Corsa - Scooby transition Very handy maltesers hatch in the dash on mine too...donno why they put it over the heaters though
