IDHAS, on James O'Brian LBC show on Tuesday this week, the last hour or so was spent discussing conspiracy theorists and how they have fallen down the rabbit hole, also how social media sucks them in to believing the conspiracy theories. Its a good listen an could be of some help for you.
There is also a good podcast just come out on BBC Sounds called "Mariana in Conspiricyland", which I'd really recommend you have a listen too!
Its pretty clear that you've fallen so deep down the rabbit hole, you've gone full Mad Hatter and are going to need some help to climb back out!
The first step to getting help for a problem is admitting you have a problem! Good Luck!!!

since time began countries have been invading other countries, Gengis khan and the mongol empire conquered around a third of the world and the romans conquer most of europe. The germans invaded quite a few european countries and now we have russia with the same crap just a different time.

The leader has now started the reasons given for the war were lies and it was all about political manoeuvring of top Russian generals. Nothing to do with the west, or NATO, or Ukraine attacking Russian speakers!
