Awesome sounds good.
Crowd funding has really helped. Ebay listings have jumped from 23 to 35. See every little helps guys.
Just need to raise enough to sort out the company house records.
Then we can get back to replying to messages.
Cheers

You have a few Subaru's I believe, SELL THEM, you have a van, SELL IT.
Rather grovelling for money, from hardworking Subaru owners, it looks like you have plenty of things you could sell to restore your business back to good standing.

If you're that serious about saving your business then sell some stuff, you have obviously massively over spent.

I think you've misread the posts. Tom is not asking anyone for anything. This is a troll with an axe to grind behind a fake username.
If people truly have had a bad experience then why hide behind a fake account?
If they actually shared an experience as themselves, then it may be useful to the community, this is just trolling though and is no use to anyone!

Ive never been so disrespected in my life. How dare you speak to me like that. I am not a troll. Im 6ft 3. Your absolutely right. From today I will start to share. I sincerely appollagise for the lack of transparency. Please forgive me.
I hope your not on a payroll or a commision system. Because I cant afford to you pay right now.

I've found the real one isn't the best communicator, but impersonating him in that manner, even as badly as that, is close to criminal. Presumably he also has employees, whose livelihoods could be messed up.
Edit....that's a bit unfair to Tubs, as it doesn't seem like his style at all.

Well I'm not gonna hold back.
The first time I ordered from him I had to wait months for brakes, it was smothered in excuses from supplier issues to delivery issues which he then tries to make up for by chucking in some freebies. Whilst I appreciate the kind gesture, that wouldn't be required if it was just posted on time.
I had a conversation with him regarding this and told him his communication was poor and he could only but apologise for the issue. Problem solved - move on.
I decided to put it down to a one off and regrettably recommended Tom to a friend, who proceeded to order brakes. He was met with the same excuses and months of waiting for a set of discs we could have probably sourced locally within a few days. Whilst he might be able to do a good price on some of the items it's just simply not worth the hassle and risk, especially if you need your parts prompt.
It just seems to be the same consistent stories I've heard from a lot of people I have spoken to who have dealt with him. You have to constantly chase him up and be on the ball when the process should be simple. Tom is a nice guy, but a ****ing nightmare to deal with.
My last correspondance with him reiterated this, he contacted me after I asked if anyone had a genuine front lip badge kicking about. After reluctantly getting in touch, the same old Tom appeared and the process just dragged on for around 2 weeks, when it could have been wrapped up in a day or two. I just got tired of trying to get blood out of a stone, sourced the part I needed from someone else and had it within 2 days. I now avoid like the plague. I get the impression its more of a hobby for him so he can be involved in working with 'cool' builds rather than a proper business.

A couple of years ago I ordered a load of stuff from their website.
I tried ringing and emailing, and after several weeks I tried FB messaging the company. After several attempts I got a very rude reply stating that he'd been on holiday for weeks and that he'd ship it soon.
I did receive all of my parts and it was just one annoying experience, but it would be courteous to put a note on the website or something stating that parts deliveries would probably be around a month...
I just ring AS Performance now and it's great every time.

The **** show continues. Sorry for the lack of updates.
Company accounts still still a ****ter:
https://find-and-update.company-info...mpany/09368775
Apparently collecting imports up and down the country, as his pictures suggest, with a van with no road tax
https://vehicleenquiry.service.gov.u...ound?locale=en
Love the internet and the forum.
Have had a quite a few people DM me personally, about their own poor experiences. There's people out their whom have paid him and still waiting for parts 6 months later!!! Unreal.
Equally had some interesting conversations amongst other trades people.
Some **** is too hot to unload on here.
You can also tell who the recruited soldiers are on here, trying to defend him. (You have just NO idea what your defending )
