So little update. Got me self some accelera 651 sport 100 tread wear tyres to give me some grip on track days in a 255/35/18.
Fitted some stiffer 8kg springs all round after some research and finding thats an ideal spring rate for a subaru track car.
New tyres fitted along with the godspeed big brakes kit. Brakes feel amazing on the road now. See how they do on the track tho. Got mallory in August so see how it does.
Oil cooler to go in once i have some time.
Engine pitch mount still to fit and rear arm bushings. I also have the front arm bushings and the front rear group N bushes to go in.
New exhaust rear section. Have already fitted this now fits how it should and this one has a nice 4 inch tip.
This is how it site with the new tyres currently. Bushes this week end hopefully if rain holds out and then of for alignment and clutch. Then i can do a track day finnally 😆 also sun strip. I have started undersealing it but decided i need to book some time of work to do a propper job so gonna leave that for now.

Little update. Now have my clutch and lightweight flywheel fitted, along with new clutch fork kit. no more clutch slip yaaaay. Engine/gearbox pitch mount fited and the rest of my gear selector bushes and new uj fitted. All four wheel bearing replaced and two front drive shafts. After all this flaff a quick service and then hours playing with my aligment and ride hight she was ready for a track day at mallory park. Avraging roughly 58 second laps for my first time there but soon relised there is a lot to be improved with my set up so I will now be looking to improve me and the car on that. Will update the next steps for the car shortly once I have a plan. Couple of photos from mallory 🙂 also if anyone knows were I can get a 27mm front ARB for this car please inform me i can only find for an sti unless that will fit? Cant see why not.
