Cars dropped off for the bits listed above, also decided to go syvecs S6. Can't see any point in mapping it again on ecutek, to just have it mapped again when a syvecs is fitted, so cut out the middle man lol

Ended up not going down the syvecs route, yet. car made 330/360 on stock turbo, injectors and ecutek map. Which was pretty much as expected.

Now bank balance has recovered a bit time for a bit more umph,

shall post up results in due course

So picked the car up today, wow what a difference. spool has move dup the rev range which isnt surprising given the change in size of turbo, but even so pulls very strong even on the low boost it currently is,

and thats at 1.4 bar

I would say good numbers there but we don't know what turbo it is to comment

I really like the look of your car Tidgy, I like the discreet rear end.

Why all the secrecy over the turbo? Is it a cheep Chinese turbo or something? Would have thought you'd have gone for a SC turbo being a SC man through and through.

If you're using a 500bhp turbo to achieve 380bhp then I would expect that to be somewhat laggy.

No secrecy, it's a new spec sc series one so I simply dont know what its gonna be called yet Haha

Yeah was always gonna loose some spool, some will come back when some parts are changed (headers, cat etc). But it's a monster on the road, I'll post up the boost graph in a bit cos it just hits full boost and stays there haha

Honest answer is I'm not actually sure Haha. I'll find out and report back.

Basic premise of the build is a 500bhp car that drives as close to a standard one as possible. (Althoigh will be a bit laggier of course.

Ah cool. That's my goal with mine too, although I'm aiming for 450bhp I want it to have as little lag as possible for the power target.

epic, like two face is best way to describe it,

down low for tootling you would think its standard, smooth and just happy to potter around, then when you do give it large, the other face appears and it just pulls and pulls and pulls, and thats at 380 and low boost.
