finally!! The that's one side finished. Should get the other side and boot done for autumn which leaves winter for the engine build. Cannot wait for next summer now.

Sweet, hopefully I'll be doing loads of miles in this one. Daily driven for me all the way. Would break my heart doing all this work and having it as a trailer queen, tracked or weekend use only.

brilliant job with the spraying - i wish i had the skill and/or space to be able to do that. im shipping mine out to a bodyshop and stumping up the ~£2500+ fee. And thats after getting all the rust cut out and welded at a local place too...

Keep up the good work!

Ash, I wish I had 2.5k to spend on the bodywork but the engine rebuild has swallowed that up.
not a Cheap process going forged.
Don't get me wrong there has been plenty ****ups along the way, I've had to sand back panels back at the beginning after making an **** of painting, paint reacting, and generally making mistakes to learn from.
I know now if I get a run, just to leave it to dry then deal with it, and if I think something's prepped enough......it's probably not. Either way it's a good learning curve and keeps me out of trouble.
