was in contact with andyf back end of last year about getting my classic with apexi power fc in, he recommended a couple things before going then comms went dead, guess this explains it 
wouldve been nice to have been told though, feel like i lost a couple months waiting about.

id previously had no luck with the email on the website and had used the his hotmail acccount which i got replies on but usually around a 10 day delay.
i wouldnt care through waiting and playing with the datalogit software and wideband readings ive now actually got the car running pretty sweetly.

how? I’ve got an alcatek ecu mapped by Enginetuner by previous owner,they are too far for me,contacted Bob Rawle but he said that he needs patch codes,sent email to Andy at Alcatek no reply and no one picks up the phone.

just post it to him with a note inside explaining what you want doing (moved onto bobs dongle and any updates) also add return details and your phone number and stuff in case he needs to contact you , post recorded and sign for so you know they got it (I insure mine)
told a couple of people about this in the last couple of weeks and theres has been sorted for them without much delay

Contact tegsport. Andy no longer deals with the public. I just received my dongle and cable plus basemap for 210plus vat. Still one of the best ECU you can get
,i think the ecu is practically obsolete now,its a sad state of affairs.Im pretty glad that I went Syvecs

that's all down to if its locked and who its locked to ,,, lots of mappers can map them but only if they have access to it ,, which most dont unless previously mapped by them

I used Mark Thwaites from TDR who made a good job of mapping my Impreza Rally Car. I also have a spare dongle if you need to buy one.
