What? You should read the thread while it's only a page long.

Here's a summary - Apple have just released a very nice machine, very, very powerful, very quiet, very pretty and 5k. Some people have tried to build a similar PC, although some components are not yet available to them and they couldn't match the display they built mighty PC's. They cost more and made a racket. Some people nodded their head and probably went on to read more details elsewhere, myself included, others made an *** of themselves by comparing it to their gaming rig and saying it was **** for <something> in an attempt to look clever, they ate pie and rightfully so.

The end.

Actualy no Jack,

you posted, yet again, about how good crapple are and how much of a bargin (snigger). You then claimed windows couldn't run 5k, were proven wrong and it can in fact run 8k.
Then as usual you resort to insults and drivel to try to cover up your errors.

did i miss anything? lol

It’s not 8k on your screen, not even 5. Definitely not a gaming machine compared to a neckbeards ‘rig’. This is for making money and time, not spending it. More power to you, hope you’re great at killing zombies.

Jon didn’t bother reading, just thought he’d try scoring some points, didn’t work.

Are you saying you like the iMac Jon? Or something else?

You wanted to see Windows 10 processing and displaying in native 8k resolution, well there it is, there's even a video for you if you don't want to read.

Thats a $6000 gfx card and a $4000 monitor, not exactly your average windows machine.

Yeah price is pretty bonkers. But if one has the money and is required for business/commercial reasons, it's there if you need that option. I'm happy with my i7 desktop I built in 2009 and my 2011 Thinkpad, it still does what I need it to do.

+ Labour bearing in mind it took 3 Days to Google this article. That’s for an unsupported version of Windows, imagine if you had to do the documentation, support it when tomorrow a million people will have one.

Bearing in mind that all that is because someone else has an iMac and you don’t like them.

My 2010 i7 is still excellent, was a good buy, needs a battery.

If you’d stop moving the goal posts of your silly game I wouldn’t need to be specific.

If you want to talk about your future windows machine I’m not sure an iMac thread is the right place, you make this section seem like it’s full of ******* when it’s just a yapping minority with nothing better to do.

If you really want to prove me wrong you’ll need more than google.

jack all you ever post about is crapple this, crapple that. when you find out life might be better on the other side you spit your dummy out, like you just did.

if you want to have a wafty crank over a crapple, why not join a crapple forum?

Terrible opinion, what you see are my Apple threads exploding because the anti Apple brigade rolls in. If it wasn’t for your pettiness bumping Apple threads you’d see other posts, I have both Apple and Microsoft machines, Android too and post about them all. Bitcoin isn’t Apple and if you’d followed along you could have bought both machines on this thread on me.

Enjoy your highly technical rig Tidgy, hope you shoot more virtual people than your internet friends, try not to be so partisan it weakens you.

I win on the technical side of things most months, not bad for a retiree.
