Hmm, it was more of an observation, as the old saying goes; Vir prudens non contraventum mingit. 
It doesn't take a genius to realise where it's going to end up:
Average eco-warrior to average SNetter: "You're polluting the planet"
Average SNetter: "No sh*t Sherlock" or words to that effect.
< Argument ensues, usually with the eco warrior using wordy posts and clever quips to undermine the SNetter, who will inevitably tell him to go forth and multiply or with cruder words of the same effect >
Or is that non sequitur?
