Yes I was told during the first map the sensor failed at the end of the mapping session and a new lambda would rectify any issues I may have driving home and to stay off boat until I could acquire a new sensor

The car could take 30 to sixty turns to fire splutter and flood a lot of times my mechanic had to come to my house to get it going it running very very rich
I was told to check various things by bob which we have done
There is nothing else it could be but his map
Yea sounds that way to me mate

That codes a code for running rich so it could actually be doing its job.....

I would try get a wideband up it and see how fat shes running on idle

If the mapper wont fix it then another tuner is your only option

Tbh only a wideband or a 2nd opinion from another tuner will help get to bottom of it,

Unless mapper had your car when cold then cant really be mad about a poor cold start, but can be mad about being 800 quid down if your cars running rich as hell not getting the help you expected.

How long was spent on your car ?

They had it from cold on the 3rd occasion but when I purchased the vehicle prior to mapping it started first pick
He spent around hour and half him and murray motor sport driving my car
Looks like I’m left in the poo
That’s why it’s going to be a trip over to the clinic to get it finally resolved it’s not good enough

Yea not good at all,

Hopefully they sort it for you,

Id be more inclined to get it fixed as it sits now to prove a point

Wouldn't be going Syvecs just to solve this

Not bad going less than 90mins for 800 quid,

I have no choice but to get it fixed but lots of unanswered questions
I was sold an ecutek map but I have a suspicion they used open source or something else to maximize profit.

Would really make no difference OS or ECUtek

Ecutek launch feels lazy and doesn't build much boost (On my 2003 Sti at least)

Its the numbers in the tables that count

Imagine writing a letter in MS Word or Open Office

Same result either way but if its wrong its wrong,

Shame it ends that way

I have all the posts screen shot on my phone
Even though it’s quite apparent that mr Rawle has no intention to resolving his issues it raises another question after three attempts at my vehicle would I even want him anywhere near it again? , the only saving grace is the car somehow didn’t explode itself into a million pieces
