On the motorway I find men .. generally middle aged to be the most aggressive and selfish, rushing and pushing to get nowhere. Women .. younger women tend to be oblivious to everyone.

Young girls - no idea of speed limits! or the laws of physics

How much distance do they think it takes to stop a half tonne car a 70mph??

ANY car driver that try's to stop motorbikes filtering, or sits right on the

centre line to see the traffic jam in it's entirety

You may not be going anywhere, but i can and will make progress if you'd

stop being a ****! and pull in!

You need to travel more. Other counties are nuts. Greece drive all over the place, got under taken on wrong side of road by a motor bike, people would just park in the middle of the road if there were no spaces, France park by ramming into other cars, using them as buffers. Indian the smallest vehicle has to give away, to the biggest, a few people i know have been Usa said that was a nightmare to drive.

I think British are generally ok, but i think people should retake there test every 10 years or have a few update lessons.

Because there are some pants drivers out there.

My experiences driving in SA , on the high way in traffic was kinda scary . No lane discipline and/ or speed . Can only put down to ineffective policing and / or drivers nervousness about getting jacked haha . We are angels here in comparison

I agree, in theory, but when a bike rushes to the front of merging traffic and causes me to brake to let them in ..

Got to agree, a day driving around Brussels was the worst driving experience of my life; manic tailgating on the ring road and priority to drivers on side roads, and the habit of pedestrians of jumping out on crossings without warning ; although there were alot of Audi and Bmws

People with no lane discipline, those who think being on a slip lane gives you right of way, even if the middle lane is blocked, and my pet hate, people who stop on a main road suddenly at speed to let others out of side roads, without looking in the mirror......because they think that is courteous.
And finally the Mrs's gear selection in the spec c, often in 4th on motorway, or 3Rd whilst parking

OAPs are by far the most dangerous. I've been put in life threatening situations 5 times since I started driving, each time it was an OAP (in a Honda Jazz/Kia Picanto/insert **** car here) not knowing what the juddering **** they were doing.

I drive the M6 around Spaghetti daily - generally the fastest, most aggressive 'shake your head in wonder' drivers are young females of a certain colour - they are beyond belief some of them....

I was stood at the lights with my kids yesterday walking them to school and a lady (mid-aged) with an old woman next to her pulled out of a car park onto the wrong side of the road and then stopped at the traffic lights .. so there were three cars, one going straight on, one turning right and then her blocking the on coming lane.

She and the other drivers kept looking at me in amazement.. no one could work out wtf she was doing.

I assume she just panicked not knowing which way to go and eventually after a lot of beeping she turned left for some reason .. cross the other two lanes. Then I saw here coming back the other way as I walked on. Completely surreal.

Those wearing headphones when driving - does the device in your car not function or something?

Bikers travelling on the white line between rows of cars, particularly dangerous in my mind when traffic is heavy, and they wonder why they get hurt sometimes.

Cyclists who think stop signs don't apply to them.

And the ******** who still use their mobile phones without hands free connectivity.

People who drive too fast in built up 30mph roads and in car parks.
The amount of things that can go wrong unexpectedly in urban environments is astronomical compared to other types of roads.

The usual culprits are people trying to get their sprogs to school & kids with over lowered sh*t boxes sitting in as near a horizontal position as possible.

Also when I used to drive into central London every day for years I figured you could reduce congestion, for no cost, by at least 25% if people indicated in a timely manner & showed a bit of courtesy to other road users rather than not indicating at all or giving a cursory blink as they turn & not giving way as if their life depended on it.

Not drivers but worth a mention

Pedestrians who for the life of me and will never understand, walk behind a reversing car WTF? If I was driving towards you at the same speed you would stop and wait!
