George Michael has passed away

I would hope not. Whilst it may be abnormal for a large percentage of the population, it was certainly normal for him and to apologise would have been a betrayal of his own self. Like him or loathe him that's what he was and it's not for us to judge.
Edited to add, I would have respected him for an apology for his drug abuse though. That behaviour from a role model portrayed completely the wrong image.

There are stories that he did possess/intake class A drugs and was once caught for possessing both types. I agree that he was predominantly known for smoking many spliffs a day.

What do you mean by 'get it'?? No need to get @rsey with me, or I must ask you what you're on.

Sense of humour failure right there....
Dont worry, I "got it" stiggy!

He looked increasingly unhealthy towards the end, yes. According to the Telegraph, he was battling heroin addiction, and he could have suffered a cardiac arrest due to that.

This beautiful, talented, world-famous soul watched his village Christmas procession from his bedroom window, and died all alone on the Christmas Day morning.

did it ever surface that he had hiv/aids? i remember not seeing him for a few years then when he had that episode where he near died a few years back and i seen footage of him on the news he looked painfully thin and frail and my first thought was hiv. he looked like freddy mercury did when he passed away.

His first proper boyfriend did, and died of it; as per the newspapers. His 2011 pneumonia did ring a bell, but never knew that he also discovered in his later years that he had it.

Ah, ok, yabbadoo4. We should learn better in time about what really took him, I suppose. Media is reporting the cardiac arrest in sleep. Learning from the media that he was taking heroin as well, for now, it leads more to guessing that he might have died of the heroin overdose.

i read somewhere that he told steven fry he was scared to take an hiv test. maybe he was frightened he did have it especially as his old boyfriend died of an hiv complication. maybe the drugs was his way of dealing with the knowledge/fear he may have it. i guess we will never know.

Problem is when every depressed person starts thinking that he/she is a George Michael or Amy Winehouse. Not everyone is outstanding and that's the truth.
Count down till one of these celebs is outed in the press for kiddie fiddling?
I remain saddened by GM's death. Tribute follows with his twisted but self-sarcastic song in the next post.

I must add that Robbie was very good last night at London NY party, but I'll never forgive him for singing GM's Freedom so badly. I know he was respectfully tributing to the legend, but he wasn't even a patch!

RIP.
I still remember when Wham first exploded into the charts, I was in my teens. We'd all pretend not to like them because they weren't 'underground' or edgy
I just wish I'd gone to see him live when I had the chance.
My 2017 resolution is to go and see all my favourite artists live before its too late....

You certainly reserve a thought that he might have, which you prove by posting this reserved thought twice; in your #20 and #49- without any evidence of it so far. What's wrong with you??
Actually, don't tell what's wrong with you. You've already said that the world has ruined your faith in everyone. we get it.
Not very nice to predict such baseless bullsh7t repeatedly about a person who has tragically died so young, and whose talent means a lot to millions of people around the world. You said it once in #20 and we heard you the first time. No need to keep repeating your prejudice.
