Single Seater Honda Fireblade Powered RWD Tarmac Buggy Build

Another update guys, I’ve had a lot of time on my hands as you can imagine.
I’ve plugged and converted the rear hubs to 4 stud to
match the fronts.
Driveshafts adapted, re-greased and painted.
New discs and pads on the rear with new wheel bearings.

Front hubs fitted.
I set myself up, and rebuilt the front callipers. ☀️
Pedal box assembled and fitted.
Fuel tank......DONE!!! ✅ It’s taken me a couple of attempts to be honest, but I’ve managed to get it spot on, all pressure tested, no leaks I’m really pleased with it.

Rentonone what’s your background mate? The average joe couldn’t do this if you get me and it’s very impressive what you are doing, you should be looking for a cure for the coronavirus 👍

I fitted a lawn mower engine to the back of my pedal go-kart when I was 12, and it pretty much spiralled from there, I was forever tatting with motorbikes and quads, fitting bigger engines.
About 20 years ago I worked at a Jaguar specialist and did a City and Guilds level 1 2 3 in Mechanics.
I eventually got bored, I’m now a Ventilation Engineer, but I will always have a project of some kind, I love building one off contraptions to keep me excited😁

Good afternoon guys, I hope you’re keeping safe.
Another update here!!
I fancied a proper fibreglass bonnet for the buggy, instead of just alloy panels.
So I made a replica of what I wanted out of wood and filler, I then made a mold from it and produced the bonnet.
