Anyway, there have been the usual, "you want to take our guns away" reactions to Obama wanting to restrict guns a little, of late. Obama's response was quite good I thought.

I don't know what sort of tragedy it will take to get some decent regulation in place, I dread to think.

Yep, they are absolutely insane. I see it day to day, I work with people who spout it all the time. It's weird, as sometimes it's people I would consider intelligent and perfectly reasonable, who start banging on about liberals and how they are trying to make America soft and how we should bomb these terrorists off the map (because it's that easy, huh?) etc.
