No, iv got full aluminum tt bike , disc wheel the lot . 1K off ebay 5 years ago.

And an old road bike .

But really something that would double up ,road and tri , would be more appropriate

and then cx bike for off road /commuting would be more appropriate than the mountain bike I have ( don't do lot mountains)

That's a nice piece of kit.

Just bought a Knog Blinder rear light on Sport Pursuit for a really good discount. Sign up using this link and I get free money http://www.sportpursuit.com/join/Jack_Clark_c49d1a

Did it a few years ago - £180 in a London specialist someplace. Did take a while, was very thorough and afterwards came out with a printout of angles/measurements.

Unfortunately I did if with an XC bike, which I was having knee pain on, so not quite the same as a road bike but have used the measurements on my Ghost roadie and its been spot on for me. Might need a bit more reach as its quite an upright position atm though.

One of the things that might not be too clever for knees is the position of your cleats - if you use those. That was the probable cause of my knee pain.

My local bike shop recommended turning the cleats slightly so that I rode with toes pointing in rather than out and this cured knee pain for me.

I ran these new tubeless tyres the first time a few weeks back., it was like riding on cushions, so smooth over poor a road surface. I tried the pressure higher and they weren't as nice or faster

Good to hear, local shop does them for £100 but the tweaks to cleats and saddle height seem to be helping so I'll wait a while.

I've spent far more at my LBS than the tenner I saved today. They'll be fine.

Yup, nice FaceTime call on today's ride. I sucked, had to pull over for a rest after a climb I've smashed before and my knee's still not great.

No real idea, just Strava's guess but it won't be many. I broke PR's on the way to the hill and burnt out, recovered on the way down and got a few more. Saddle up a bit more and cleats tweaked today, short ride, 6 PR's out of 7 sections, knee felt OK, fingers crossed. But pissed off that I could ride further on my mountain bike.

Whenever I see a picture of a parked up remote bike, I feel very sorry for its solitude. It just looks so remote!

I use a 'Stages' crank arm power meter. It has built in cadence aswell. Other than hub power meters, this has to be the simplest and aesthetic looking meter. Prices are in the low end compared to other power meters

Because my road bike and mtb use Shimano cranksets, both the same length I could easily swap from one bike to another
