If I'm honest it sounds like the Scooby owner's are being the snobby ones here lol. Anywhere I go, if there's a nice car I'll show my appreciation for it by looking at it, examining it etc. I will look at the driver to see what their reaction is, if it's the same as mine I'll attempt at a bit of chit chat about cars, if they completely ignore me and show no interest in what I'm driving (if it's nice) then I'll assume they are snobby and arrogant and just leave them to it.

Showing appreciation to someone else's car doesn't mean your admitting to having a small ***** guys...

I agree entirely, if you're talking about a classic car. I certainly can't go to a petrol station in a Mustang for example without having a chat with somebody about it. The funny part about the GTR and the hot Impreza meeting was the implied competition factor, and the fact that it was my peripheral vision that was giving his game away. Body language!

Yeah very true. I suppose you can tell if someone is going to be worth it or not just by looking at them.
