(99.5%)Yes that's true.I think we are short changed on bananas.Most are grown because they are easy to cultivate & give good yields in various conditions.Like most things tomatoes,apples,potatoes etc we are missing out on

Yes and no; depending upon the mood.

If I want sweet and sticky interference, then I will certainly chop a banana into my fruit salad. My today's fruit salad simply contains some kiwi fruit, apple, mango and blueberries, with a squeeze of a lemon in it. I have sprinkled some mixed dried seeds to add crunchy and fulfilling interference here n' there for our taste buds, but I really do not miss a banana in it. It's tasting good as it is.

Needless to say that in today's fruit salad for us, all ingredients are from our favourite Aldi.

 

I'd like to add that yes, when other people are coming to your house for dinner, you must stick some chopped banana into your fruit salad. Otherwise, it feels as if something is missing from it. Fact.
