Looks like one of our traders does not take care of our cars when test driving!
ducking spot on mate couldnt of said it better mysef, ill be advising everyone in my region and beyond to boycott that place now,
I feel sorry for kev in a way, obviously been doing something right to still be in business for so long and have a good reputation.
However if that was my car I would be fuming and I think the actions of a stupid employee will cost him a lot of business and bad press

As others have said it is perhaps a little unfair to tarnish the whole company based on the actions of two members of staff...
...but, given that the owner of the car approached the company a few days ago, they could have dealt with this before the video surfaced.

Very surprised by that video. Given the years that they have been doing business - and the satisfied customers I have seen posting on here and other Subaru forums - it's pretty sickening to see someones pride and joy being treated with so little respect.
One trader I certainly won't be giving any future business!

Why has he never filled the potholes in before now ?
SC won't go out of business over this, they will lose some custom for sure but it may not have been custom they would have had to begin with
This could have been sorted very easily offline, but someone decided to call someones bluff and failed badly

Been following this thread from the start on here and MLR but refrained from posting an opinion without evidence. Well there is actual video footage after all and its not good. Its not as bad as I thought it may be, but bad enough nonetheless. Now that coupled with the attitude of Scooby Clinic in dealing with the customer and the subtle intimidation he claims to have faced there when complaining and Scooby Clinics behaviour on the forums subsequently all is pretty bad and inexcusable IMO. A sad shame really...

hes worked out based on the length of the lane and time taken to drive it from the footage he was travelling 19mph
Too little too late, he should have dealt with it correctly in the first place. When he had the chance instead of trying to intimidate the poor lad!
