Looks like one of our traders does not take care of our cars when test driving!

Scoobyclinic always have 'scooby saturday' where anyone can go along for a chat/advice and have a look around their workshops and have a butty/bap/sarnie/barmcake/orwhatevertheyarecalledinyourarea
One mans actions do not make the work by the rest of the workforce rubbish
Is Pat a crap mapper now because one of his colleagues didn't treat a customers car right?
Just imagine that 'you' work at the clinic, you have worked there for years, always work hard and very conscientious. Now, one of your workmates drives a customers car like seen in the clip. Would you be happy to be called an idiot and people saying they hope you lose your job?
Yes, one person can ruin a companies reputation, but it doesn't mean the rest of the employees turn to rubbish

As has been said many times, The Gaffer could have handled the situation much better and a lot of the heat would have been taken out of the situation.
Just imagine if Kev had put an arm around the guy, quashed the bill, given him a cuppa and checked the car over for free. Most likely nobody would never have even known about the pot hole jockey.
As BPR has said the specialists and the knowledge and experience they have accumulated are a benefit to the Subau community. But they have to remember it's a two way street. Customers are their benefit too, and mutual respect between the two parties will ensure the status quo is not disturbed.

Absolutely correct, but it's more than just the actions of one employee that has caused this debate.

If people couldn't hide behind an alias, screen or keyboard Scoobynet would have a member count at less than 50 😁😁😁
