Looks like one of our traders does not take care of our cars when test driving!

Can't say fairer than that

Andy has f***ed up and has been caught out.

Is it the first time he has done it and just happened to be caught on dashcam? it is a possibility, but I would doubt it.

The clinic have been one of the best tuners and produce some great cars, but does one man driving a customers car over potholes mean the company is now rubbish?

If kev had had chance to see the footage on a decent screen (before daily mail), then he may have been willing to come to an agreement.

Other tuners have had issues with customers, but they might handle things differently.

anyone remember area52 Vs typeRbrad?

Typer brad supplied parts for an engine build and area52 built it. The engine went bang.
The thread went on for ages with engineer reports and court. After court brad went quiet and didn't say the outcome. My guess is area52 repaired the engine, but they told him to keep it quiet.

Had he have addressed the issue and "nipped it in the bud" there and then, the outcome Imo would have been far different to how it appears now.

To go public in a very short amount of time and imo "be-little" Ben and call his bluff was very foolish, and he is now paying a heavy price for it.

I don't wish bad luck on anyone, and I hope for the sake of the other employee's and they're family's the business continues to operate , albeit with some new rules in place regarding customer care.

A hard lesson to learn for sure, we all make mistakes, none of us are robots and from time to time **** happens. If we were all perfect the world (and scoobynet) would be a boring place.

Peace out folks , TSW.

can't believe how many 'low posters' have replied to this thread. I wish they would put this much effort into replying to other threads, it might get the forum to pick up again

I know I don't post loads, if I read a thread and think the problem has been answered, or I can't help any more, I don't post a reply

Why, you should do what I and many others do, post a load of crap that has nothing to do with the subject or just abuse some random person off the internet because apparently there's no way he can find out who you are or where you live.

It's in vogue, don't you know.

Anyway, back on topic

The clinic should be shut down and all the members of staff deserve to die, all because one member of staff drove down a road a bit fast

one member of staff messed up, the boss hasn't handled it too well (might have been different if ben had let kev see the footage first). **** happens, can't believe all the threats and people hoping the clinic shut and 15 lads lose their jobs.

IMO Ben wanted his 5 minutes of fame, and (with some of the people he is friends with) try and damage the clinics reputation. The clip he has released is only a small clip of what happened on that day. I wonder if he did anything to really annoy the test driver?

I'm not a big poster, I reply when I think I can help, offer advice or just take the p1ss

some people have been members for 5 years plus and only got 50 posts, but they have all come out and are willing to post on this thread

I remember when I replied to a thread and within 30 mins that thread would be on page 2!

Don't be scared to post or think 'if I post people will think I'm an idiot!', everyone thinks ditchy's an idiot and he keeps replying!

No need to be rude, it's easy to go off a person you know.

P.S; Those that matter would beg to differ.
