Neil, I realise you are an SC fanboy and approving on there treatment of a customers car, but as explained to you previously, many times, the footage was seen at SC before, and offered to Kev to view. So if Kev chooses not to see the footage, then its fair play it ends up somewhere public.

Reply from Ben about these so called accusations..especially from 'Dan' from SC, who popped up a few posts ago to give his side of events (and legally incriminating himself)

'I'm disappointed to see Dans statement, of all the problems experienced during the day 90% of them were born from this particular employees complete lack of customer relations and his ability to buckle into a full blown argument whenever I questioned his dire attitude.

He watched the very footage we've all seen and disagreed with me over it being unacceptable, simply stating that was fine in his opinion.
He repeatedly refused to get Kevin for me when I requested to speak to him merely saying he was 'too busy to deal with me'.
He was the one who illegally withheld my car from me as I had not agreed to the bumper repair as being a chargeable job beforehand.
He was the one who suggested I didn't accuse the test driver of poor driving as he 'wouldn't appreciate it'.

I feel this particular employees statement on the matter to be mostly falsified and exaggerated at best.

Just when this has all blown over you've now riled me back up, if I continue to be provoked by SC employees spreading more lies and rumours I will simply post up the remaining, and equally shocking, footage to firmly stick the final nail in the coffin.

God you're funny. I love how you're branding anyone who's views don't align with yours as a SC fanboy. The reality is I don't even live in the same end of the country as SC and have never used them, so why I'd be motivate to be one of there fanboys is anybodies guess.

Everything you've quoted there shows he was dealing with 'Dan' and not 'Kev'. So it's entirely possible that Kev didn't see the footage and wasn't even aware of it's existence before it went to the Mail.

Dan was shown the footage on the 50mm dashcam screen without sound, kev was never given the opportunity to see the footage, even though he asked Ben numerous times.

 

Kev was offered to deal with the situation, but was 'too busy to deal with Ben', so it got published. If thats his staff faults, then so be it - it was offered.

To be honest, It should of been published on You Tube, as Ben would of made a few quid out of it that way with the amount of hits this thread alone would of had.

However all this is irrelevant because Kevs later statements showed what a crook he is, with a horrific attitude, so footage or not, its quite good he did not choose to see it, as he may not of shown his true colours then and also the world will not of seen how cars are treated at Scooby Clinic, and how, a customer is treated, if there is a problem/query. Sucks to be SC.
