All the faults caused by bob the bomb and Murray Motorsport
bob the bomb turned off the front lambda and then attempted to map with no lambda
what a top mapper he is absolutely clueless
blew the other jdm hatch to pieces only a few weeks back
like I said on the other thread it’s 40 times the car yours is

[QUOTE=ossett2k2;12051628]So we don't know if it was a mapping problem or a bad turbo causing the **** driving car?
Suppose if the car drives sweet now and the ecu+blower have been put to bed then happy days [/QUOTE
it was a mapping issue and imo the turbo was better suited for a 2.5 car
i think Steve Davies is saying that it’s still in a bad way at scoobyclinic ?
the car is finished , it’s being cleaned inc and engine detail and jdm Carbon fuse box lid
snd a carbon rad panel to be fitted to finish it
my transporter is collecting it the week after next

what a strange strange thread.
so do we have any evidence of Bob rawle's wrong doing?
as far as i can see he was attempting to map a car with many issue's, he seems to have a very good reputation other than some vague ramblings from raggy.
Everyone makes mistakes, lets look at the clinic, they smashed a customer car through potholes ON PURPOSE then made a mess of the apology.
the irony of this is sadly lost on the clinic's fanbois that pop up on every time the clinic is mentioned.
I'm not disputing the quality and knowledge of the clinic by the way just pointing out everyone makes mistakes.
so what is worse? one mistake when mapping or purposely damaging customers cars?
That apart the final out come is a mid 400's hatch.
i dread to think of the cost of the outcome but it smacks of a fool and his money.....
you could of bought a hawk rar and mapped it to similar power with little or no mods and it would of been a desirable car that holds its value and not the least sought after impreza ever made.
but hey ho everyone's different

On arriving with us, Raggys car wasn't driveable, simple as. Be that from mapping or bad work or whatever. We took on the work asked to be done, which was make it work right, fit the supplied parts, rectify problems on the way, and advise on findings. All this is independent of who ever the last person was to work on it, drive it, fart in it or whatever.
That was the end goal to what Raggy wanted, fully working, problem free, job done!
With regards to the pot hole ****e, you only know a story printed in a paper, website or hear say. If you want the actual full story not some exaggerated media band wagon, feel free to ring the office number none of which is relevant to this job, or any other before or since then.
If Raggy is happy for me to do so, il add a few photos when the car is out of the valet bay

It is relevant to this car/thread as there is another thread pointing out bob rawles attitude problem which may or may not be true but purposely damaging customers cars points to an attitude problem also. does it not?
for those who have not seen the video

i'm not for one minute disputing the clinic's work or knowledge, i was merely mentioning the video which is not exaggerated media in any way, it clearly shows a clinic employee purposely driving a customers car through potholes with sound to prove this.

The video does not show a member of staff purposely driving a customers car at pot holes, as you can see there unavoidable due to bad weather before the customer attended site. The commentary is not aimed at the car owner neither. When the title of a video posted on daily mail states "employees deliberately drive car at potholes" your instantly brain washed with a negative. The daily mail forgot to mention a lot of things in there story, showed a picture of the owner with his daughter, never mentioned the fault he drove from Essex for was brake fade at 120mph on track, hope he strapped his daughter in well at those speeds! Nor did they mention he had been to 2 other garages before coming to us and the whole brake system was brand new. believe all you like from the papers, website, etc.... none of that reflects the work we do or the quality of work we send out the door.
