The car made 440.3 on straight 95 octane fuel
a gain of 18 bhp and 40 lbs torque
the ethanol map will be done next week as the fuel needs be drained out and car reset up for the second map

Fantastic news Raggy, that’s some good numbers for 95 octane!
Very keen to see the boost/rpm plot but understandable you need to keep these for now til the OD turbo is sorted. Can you say what max boost level you were running?

I don’t know the inns and outs of boost , duty cycles etc
I’ve seen the graph
more news to follow this coming week
Small bit of confusion had to drain the fuel out as it still had a drop of ethanol fuel in the tank so the 440.3 figure can be discarded
it just made 420.8 on 95 fuel at 1.8 bar on the sc42
its currently been road tested and then on tonits final
ethanol map and car is done
I have the graph for today’s map I’ll share over next few weeks
after things are resolved with this Owens turbo

be interesting to see the graph to compare the profiles then as thats near the same figures as your owens turbo - but i guess SC42 will be a lot less laggy in getting that 420bhp

Back when I ran a VF35 in my '00 RA. It made 330 on 95 and 360 on 99. I'm not saying the difference for yours would be near 10% but there would be significant gains just changing to 99 or in your case running Ethanol.
Not done yet more issues
the coilovers is bottoming out in the bump stops
they been removed and fitted correctly and geometry redone
and then it’s for cleaning and collecting
451 was on ethanol mix
which in reality mixed with 95 octane is around 98 octane fuel
pretty much spot on then as its supposed to be a 450hp turbo, you must be happy with that?
Sort of. Remember this is the brand new SC46X turbo from the Clinic. I'm not sure I've seen twin scrool results until now, but I believe the single scroll version cracked 500bhp a month or so back. So the turbo is capable of slightly more than it's making here. I believe it's been wound back slightly to try and preserve the standard JDM engine for a little while longer.
Turbo wasn’t pushed
1.7 bar only
400lbs of torque doing well on a standard engine.
1.7 bar on the standard studs can lift your cylinder heads dude. It would be a shame to blow the headgaskets after all this work and money spent on the car
