Yeah the car made 280bho ish on a wrx tmic so thats fine for me.
Today was my first day back in, so naturally i did no work, and focused on the scoob.
Prepped all the bits and put them in to the booth,
Then 3coats of paint,
The prodrive replica splitter also came, needless to say, it didnt fit like the 100% garentee stated, so I used my old bumper to mock up on, shape and cut. Ive heated it so hopefully it will keep its shape.

So today i stripped the bumper and removed the intercooler, then fitted the oem beam.
*
*
After that the arch liners came out, as i have new ones, and binned the mud flaps.
After that i took the skirts off, ready to paint with the grill and splitter.
*
The splitters turned out really well for the price and it being a copy.
*
Only thing i had left to do was black the lower beam and fit the boot, and this is how i left the car.
*
*
Im so undecided on wheel colour,* i like both gold and grey.

I generally hate the gold wheel look, but on a white car they look very nice indeed.

the roof spoiler does a good job of 'compensating' for the lack of the boot spoiler, the kind of look I would go for if I had a saloon. Looks amazing.

Cheers,
Looking forward to the new power tbh, as my last widetrack was like 360bhp, but this being a wrx it will be quicker with 320-330.
In other news this arrived.
Making my own monster intake, after speaking to anothe scoobynet member who did the same.
While the cars over at Scoobyspares im having a mint v7 sti trim and a set of sti clocks, call me what you will but there just bits i miss off my old cars.

Hi jake did you do the flocking on the dash yourself? & does the dash have to come off to be done?
