I cheated on my girlfriend of 4 years back in 2007 (we split after). I was at home one evening and an ex phoned me up. Said she was in town and had her wallet stolen and needed to get home and I was the first person she called (???). So, I turned up and she got in the car. Soon as she got in the car, she asked if we could go back to mine as she was upset. I kind of knew from then that we were going to end up having some sexy time. Got back home, were in bed within 5 mins of getting in the door.

The strange thing was, not once did I feel guilty or bad for doing it. To be fair, the relationship wasn't going to work. She wanted a house, kids etc, I wanted the complete opposite. I was happy in the Army, going all over the place and having no worries. I'm still the same now, which is why I haven't had a long term relationship since 2007. I have met some absolute brilliant women aswell. I don't mean in respect of 5hagging about, but friendships in general, which I doubt would have happened if I'd been in a relationship.

If you cheat on your missus, I think you should just split and don't even bother trying to make it work.
