Stunning and in the best colour also yes... the attention to detail and you can see no expense spared by the lovingness of this owner to go to the lengths he has with the sides and fully respray and wheel restoration.

Whoever gets this is getting a brand new car lol... its lovely mate! glwts!

ps: that's the exact turbo I want on my JDM... best twin scroll on the market for that power bracket!
Think I can find a 2nd hand one, **** no! I cringe at having to spend £1700 for that turbo, but its gonna have to happen coz no1 sells them 2nd hand, rare as rockin horse **** they are.

The restoration work was clearly done to repair the side sill job the original owner had done, which in effect was a bad job originally. Mel has done exactly what was required to complete a full restoration/repair. Most owners would have had it filled with clag and sprayed over. At least the new owner knows the sills are not going to rot out.

I've known Mel for a number of years and he is a straight up and honest guy. He was gracious enough (or is that stupid enough lol) to throw me the keys to his pride and joy, for me to test drive when I was looking at turbo options. The car ran faultlessly back then.

A very nice car!

stunning spec c that is dedication on the owners part...didnt have to show the repair work that was done, so shows his honesty aswell, not many people like this a round anymore unfortunatly.

Yeah... it was a few years back Mel!

A45 is a stunning piece of kit imo. Just moved to a Litchfield Stage 2 conversion - 450/440. For a hatchback it's mental. Bigger blower on next..... 500bhp target.

Is stage 2 just remap and exhaust?

I'll look forward to another detailed project thread when you upgrade to the bigger turbo!

Basically yes, plus induction (but it's only a decat DP). Mind blowing performance from such a basic level of mods, although the ECU remap is where the magic really happens. These ECU's are mentally complex on these new cars..... but they can do so much.

I'll be sure to go into my normal **** level of project detail, once I start looking into turbos.

This is a car that really needs to be seen in the flesh. I have and to say it's showroom condition is an understatement.

GLWTS.
