Hi guys I know this must get boring hearing me go on about this noise I was speaking to someone today at a show and he stated that if my lump is not firing correct this could make the noise worse would u lot say this could be possible? I know I have to take it to zen in Wellingborough do any of u guys have his number I believe one of u stated his name is Paul also I have noticed it is struggling to idle and black sooty smoke so the map is defo all over the place but to say that the map is what is causing it to determine wrong I'm not so convinced what do u lot think I am starting to think it's more clacky than a forged engine I heard earlier today but like I said the guy stated his was clacky until he had his mapped not so sure this will help it😭

Why hello guys I thought u would like to know I took my car to zen performance today and see Richard he advised me the engine is not right as I thought! This was at 10.30 am on the way back chugging along in my mates flat bed was not happy as u could imagine so got home and started to take engine out again!! Then got heads off and to find all four bores are marked intensive piston slap it is so there is one engine builder going to be pissed at his mistake tomorrow he has been very reasonable so far but I sure don't want to fit the bill as it was not my doing I just hope he is going to fix it now the question is it was bored to 92.5 so what is the maximum u can go before further more problems accure ie new block or bigger pistons and a rebore done properly I hope this time today has not been a good day!!!
