The sleeper look has started! Fitting a gloss black grill to the front bumper and spraying the fmic core black aswell. Thinking about wrapping the car instead of a full paint job. Any colour suggestions?

Its been a while since i posted but over the weekend i got the final part. I changed my mind on what headers i am using so i picked up a 2nd hand set of RCM uel headers. Only 4 months old, still in great condition.
Ill be having a custom downpipe made to suit the rotated borg. Along with a modded RCM uppipe.
If all goes to plan the car will be in for the engine build in the next 2 weeks, and finished by the end of feb. Still have other things to do on this project like paint here and there, strip the underside and have all the bits blasted and powder coated and get some new suspension and brakes at some point.
Will post up with results of the build when i get it back! Should be interesting.

The 7670 is rated to 650bhp according to Borg Warner. Im aiming for around 550 on vpower alone, so once its ran in and mapped i will be updating the thread. Will let you know the results!

Update!
Car is almost finished. Engine is built, bodywork is done. Injectors have been swapped for ID1000cc. Just waiting on the rotated exhaust to be fabricated which is happening as i type this. Should be picking it up on saturday!

Bit of a delayed update. Had the car ran in and mapped for a couple of weeks now. Only made 410bhp due to the stock actuator on the Borg turbos being weak as p**s and only holding 1.1bar. Ordered a new turbo smart one with stronger springs and an Omni Power 3 bar MAP sensor. Should see over 500 bhp once fitted and mapped!

looks awesome pal. bet you cant wait to unleash the full potential! Have you considered any kind of heat management in the bay? Like zircotec coatings, gold heat resistant foil, heat wrap etc? It always scares me seeing fuel lines/ oil breathers etc so close to the turbo hot side.

I have considered it yes. Ill probably get the turbo coated and maybe the fmic hotside pipes wrapped aswell. Not seen a blanket for the EFR range as of yet so that would be something ill be looking out for! And your right, i cant wait till it hits 500, its already very fast now at 410
