Not so sure about that, some of it is rank, but my neighbours Muscat is fabulous and some of the stuff he has tucked up is better than any wine I have ever tasted, but he is 76 and his family house is over 500yrs old, shame he's the last one because no one else has his strains of red and white Muscat. He also makes it the old fashioned way.
There's a few Very good local producers but it's taken me a while to find a really good one that doesn't put anything in it to make it keep over the summer and will sell me some at the usual locals price.
Everyone around here has a Vineyard and on a good year they all have around 2000L per house hold and sell half to the restaurants up and down the coast which is why it get's tricky to get the really good stuff, but go and visit anyone and the first thing they do is take you into their Konoba and get the wine out, that's how I ended up buying a house here, I was p1ssed as a newt.
P.S; The Olive oil here is definitely some of the best if not thee best in the world, there is an Island here that's the only place in Europe that didn't get some disease that almost wiped out all the olive trees in Europe a few hundred years ago.

Nope, not a good look.
Today - cleared about 1/4 of an acre with my brushcutter (hard work), strimmed, mowed half an acre. Ran to the sea to cool off in shorts - swam a bit.
Then this afternoon, a 4.5 miles coast run to meet the family and a 2 mile speed kayak to Padstow and back (6 minutes to return - it's about a mile-ish).
All outside in the sun. Lovely.

As long as you're roughly withing your calorie count for the day, you can account for some junk. Though I prefer to have 3 low carb days then have one high carb day as a treat, just keeps the mind fresh and gives you a boost. Of course everyone is different and we have to find what works best for us through a certain amount of trial and error

Been training going on 15 years this year and will be turning 33 in August, I dont plan on growing old gracefully either

It is impressive, especially maintaining such a narrow waist while being so broad but the problem is, it's not very functional.
I never got anywhere near that big but I did get fairly large; surfing was difficult, running was awkward (most body builders are terrified of running; they think it burns off too many calories), cycling is tricky, swimming is quite hard. It's also hard to look smart if ever needed.
It looks good (usually to other blokes rather than women), it's impressive, it's an achievement but it's not very practical.
I'm very pro working out; it helps in all sorts of sports, it makes you look better, it's usually good for you but over a certain limit, it becomes more of a hindrance than a help.
