Wrx or sti

Why, because the STI was horrible to drive and be in, Totally mis-matched gearing, crashy most horrendous ride I've ever experienced and looks like a tarts handbag with an ironing board on the back add that to the blue seats and it just screams w4nker.
P.S, I decided some time ago that you are a just another scoobynet bell end.

There is some great advice above, though a few members who use others threads to continue to personally attack each other. Shame.
I have owned both the WRX and STI versions of the hatchback and can tell you that the easiest to live with on a day-to-day basis was the WRX. It had a more comfortable ride, had enough power to do what was needed without that neck-jarring response and had a reasonable MPG. If you want a daily driver its a good choice and a small investment in filter, exhaust and remap can get some good figures (Don't forget some decent pads and discs as you need to stop!)
I currently have the STI and it is harsh, you feel every bump, though sticking it in sports # it is a hoot to drive and if looking at extreme power levels has a better base to start with. I prefer the STI, though I have always put fun over comfort, I'd of stuck with my M3 if comfort was a priority.

I've been a regular on here since 2003 when I bought a new Blob WRX from Motorpoint Derby for £16500, I could have bought an STI for £21k as it was still cheaper than the £23k Volvo D5 I went there to buy, but after test driving both back to back I went for the WRX.

Lets not forget a turbo and intercooler owners swap out for funnily enough, units from an STI. What about the rear spoiler?.....again, funnily enough swapped for one from an sti. Then there's injectors, interior, front bumper spotlight covers, dash clocks etc etc etc....................I've said it before many times, WRX owners love raiding the sti secondhand parts bin because the sti is the far superior car, its not the other way around!

So to summarise in your view, the better car is the one with the $hit brakes where the owners upgrade whether power is increased or not, a gearbox that "can" $hit itself at stock power and an engine with the strength of a small child.

As you know mine is a wagon with AP 4 pots and PPP, only mods I've done are for handling and they were mostly due to worn bushes and tired suspension (it's a 10yr old car) . I always say to people if they're into modding buy the STI.

Aww, are you confused about yourself? you seem to follow me around everywhere I go. I think you like me a little to much, and in a different way from the 'norm', but as I said last time, your advances are not welcome but I am happy for you to fill your days searching for me, its quite flattering. *so cute*
