Update:
Inlet manifold is now fitted back to the car.
Coolant pipes deleted from throttle body & Icv.
All new gaskets fitted.
Newage coil packs & new NGK plugs gapped & fitted along with the JTI Innovations coil conversion loom.
BeatRush pitch stop mount fitted and new location for FPR is just above it as pictured.
Injectors fitted to new rails, & lines being made up to suit.
Cut away any unnecessary bits off the alternator bracket & then had that alongside the PAS bracket powder coated in wrinkle black.
Before:
After:
Also driver side turett all tidied up alarm siren relocated & wiring for Boost solenoid moved to a better place, new header tank now fitted in there.
BEFORE:
AFTER:
Apologies for the quality of some pics, lightning in the garage is not the best when working in the evenings.
Zen 4 bar map sensor fitted neatly just below header tank.
Scoobyworx 3 port fitted to bulkhead, so can shorten the pipe work going to external waste gate.
Custom 3 port Catch can mounted to passenger side chassis rail.
HKS back box customised to be a side angled exit now also fitted.
Also going over the car checking all the bits, I told Tim to check the fuel pump wiring etc as going off the invoice pump been fitted around 2 years ago.
So I was advised to just get a new one to be on the safe side, so the pump was replaced with an Aeromotive Stealth 340Lph, Bonus was it comes with lifetime warranty.
Ordered a T.A splitter from ABW now fitted
Also did a cut out on bumper just above plate for better airflow to IC.
Managed to also get hold of some Genuine 22B side vents, Grills are out having a fresh lick of black paint.
More to follow...

Looking like a really intresting thread and a good build, Had some feedback from Bob Rawle recently on our 3 ports and he commented how good they perform and are actually better than the prodrive version they used to sell as they were restrictive compared to ours

Update:
A small update tonight but here goes, firstly the old IC pipe work would have needed to be modified to suit rotated turbo / inlet manifold, secondly the pipe work looked to be made out of some sort of exhaust tubing as it had a fair bit of weight to it. Therefore altering or using the same pipes again was totally off the list.
So now we got some Aluminium pipes fabricated to suit current set up, was suggested to get the pipes now coated in wrinkle black to go for a bit of a stealth look, but seeing them as they are I think will look smart polished up to a mirror like finish. If I ever get bored of that could always get them coated at a later stage so here is a few pics for now..
Filter etc is not fitted yet as having a modified filter intake made..
Just waiting on a delivery on the Samco elbow & the Mikalor clamps before finishing off this side of things, then its full go on the other jobs

Update:
Pics of the modified filter intake.
Random pic of some Billet goodness
White Line steering rack bushes fitted.
White Line outrigger bush kit also fitted.
Now as for the screamer pipe fancied it coming out the side of the front bumper, it took a lot of time to get it right but Tim cracked on with it and got it to a perfect fit & then the pipe work was wrapped in DEI.
Update to follow soon on last few jobs before completion

Update:
Hi all, ain't had time to update this in a while so here goes.
All the small niggley bits etc all completed and car is ready for mapping, but as the car was running a Motec I wanted some one who has worked on Motec before to map it as apparently they are not the most user friendly, so rang around and managed to speak to a few guys but was totally out of my timescale.
I was asked if it was a M800 which I had assumed it was when I purchased the car, so to double check removed the carpet to see and it ended up being an M48 which is the older ones, so I wasn't impressed about that.
So spoke to Tim about a few options and in the end we removed the Motec and ordered an ESL with the Motor sport pack enabled, Al/Lc got it fitted and base mapped.
Upon first start up all sweet then fuel rails start leaking quickly turned it off to inspect what had gone wrong & the supplier had packed the wrong washers to go with rails as they was to thick, luckily managed to get the correct ones from a local motor spares shop and back on point.
Running sweet all up to temp etc then alternator decided to pack up, & this being on Xmas eve with no chance of getting one in a hurry and the boys eager to get home as it was 1am we decided to stop play there.
So I contacted ASB Breakers and sourced one that was suppose to be in *Excellent* working order, Paid ASAP and asked for prompt delivery however It arrives 12 days after date off payment at ScoobyBits NorthEast who were going to refurb it for me so its 100%, but arrives in a terrible condition positive point all melted & snapped off & upon inspection alternator was totally burnt out!!!
AVOID ASB BREAKERS!!!
He also trades on FB groups as Peter Bell.
luckily got hold off another alternator from Phil @ SouthWest Subaru and he managed to get it wrapped up & sent out same day and arrived next day, highly recommended
Andrew @ ScoobyBits NorthEast is refurbing that for me & will also be painted in candy blue and will have it back with a 12 month warranty.
Andrew does all sorts of various car related stuff prices are spot on and brilliant communication.
How it was when the alternator arrived, working order but looking tatty.
Stripped down and blasted now in primer coat.
Paint now done.
Now completed and all assembled togeather
Just a random pics of Andrews work.
Will crack on with mapping once alternator is fitted do a few hundred miles to check everything is sweet & then its final map & dyno time.
A few random pics I got the other day of how it currently sits a few little tidy up jobs to be done later.
Also ordered a few small goodies as you do:
A roof flap complete with all fittings interior plastic etc, it's white Atm but I'm thinking to have it hydro dipped in carbon or may just colour code it to match the car something I will decide later.
Summit racing front strut brace.
Polished fuse box cover.
Blue washers to replace various ones in engine bay.
Also got my last bit of hoses from Ash Hoses to finish the bay of.

Update:
Few pics off the stuff listed in the post above.
Also bought a different front brake set up so can get rid of the Alcons.
Ap Racing CP5200 callipers
Hi - spec bells
PFC rotors
PFC carbon metallic pads
There is no lip on the discs and have covered very little miles, just need a drive to clean them up as have been sitting around.
Got hold of a rare 4 piece Orciari adjustable rear spoiler what will be colour coded to the car leaving the top blade black.
Finally got round to ordering my HID kit for the morettes its a 6000k kit.
Removed the inner lamps on the morettes as looking to fit a set of silver air ducts to them.
Some random pics...
The car was mapped and has covered around 300 miles and in all honestly very pleased with how good Esl is, cold start is spot on and no flat spots anywhere in the gearing.
Boost wise its running 1.7 bar and we believe it to be 440ish on V-power so will crack around 470/75 on meth but unfortunately the forged bottom end in the car is around 35k miles on it and only has 11-mm head studs fitted, all though they are uprated we don't feel comfortable pushing it.
Soooo after a good long think!!!
I will be having a CDB 2.1 stroker engine built to the spec I want with 14-mm head studs and push 2 bar and see how it does, but that again is time consuming which we do have plenty off to get the car right, but if some one has got a good low mile 2.1 sitting around let me know what's out there please....
