Thanks Ozz, yes it will be good to catch up. 
I really don't see what I do with my cars and money really bothers some people more than others, you can't take it with you and I happened to come out of sale of my Hatch rather well.

Look at it from an audience and thread contributors perspective. When you run a thread for 6-7 months asking for opinions on what to buy what to do and posting all the progress, that a lot have been avidly watching with interest. It can be quite disappointing not to actually see what you have created in the flesh.
Trust me it's your decision and your money and you can do what you want, which I can say for certain has no bearing on some of the posts or mine.
Just look it from a car enthusiast point of view, a lot have taken time to post offering advice options etc, proberly feel quite disappointed not to see it in the flesh all finished. Hopefully we all will when the new owner finishes it.
In no way is this post meant to offend but to just see it from a different perspective!

We all like to see a conclusion to anything that we've followed with interest, it's human nature to want 'closure' and see something finished and I'm exactly the same.
What I quite honestly don't appreciate are the sly digs aimed my way by certain individuals (definitely not yourself as you've always posted positive and helpful information) who like nothing better than to criticise, some may think their 'witty and humorous' but after a while even the most hardened person will get sick of it.
I'll happily accept constructive criticism and if I think it's of merit then I'll act on it or alter plans to suit.
The project will still reach it's conclusion albeit at a much higher level than what I was aiming for, it's really going to be at a level which few will be able to match - I'll still be receiving updates which I'll happily post up to show the final outcome.

Havnt known you long ty but even I can see a patern here lol ,, lovely car mate and they have always impressed me ,,I really like the WR blue as it says STI a bit more to me but it would be a very hard choice if this one was a option ;-)

If you're referring to the Blobeye Spec C then that had run it's course and it just didn't make financial sense to keep throwing good money after bad at the car, I have to be honest and say that car and all that went wrong with it opened my eyes greatly to who I would let touch my car.
I'd hate to think of all the money I lost on that car, a harsh lesson learnt on that car you only have to look at the schoolboy errors made on that car to give you a reality lesson.

Don't hesitate to ask if you need advice in anything especially suspension, as I've tried a few setups: http://www.subaruforester.org/vbulle...06-fsti-84770/ the best being its final one with the custom made Bilsteins, if I were to do it again on a budget I'd just fit a 22mm rear ARB and keep the OEM springs (the STi pinks only improve the ride quality and not the handling, the car rolled more with them), add a front and rear strut brace and if funds allow get the STi pillow ball parts.
I miss it badly, one day if funds allow I may get another one, the only problem with that being that I'd have to start all over again (if you decide to sell yours in the future give me shout, it looks very clean too

Thanks, it's been the best car I've owned by far and the one I've owned the longest (5+ years), it could do everything from being a DD, ferry us to the Alps and around Europe for holidays, and the occacsional trackday without missing a bit.

The one thing I can't seem to find out much information on is a front bumper lip, does anyone even make one to suit the SG9 STi?
See what you think of it first, the pre-facelift has a 19mm rear ARB from factory (as opposed to a 17mm one the facelift has) but having owned a standard pre-facelift one too I found it was rolling too much for my liking.
The STi front lip is supposed to fit the facelift only; @Scratch in sf.org (worth becoming a member) has modified an Impreza one to fit his pre-facelift.

I have to say I personally like them a lot yours is lovely. And like wise the one that Tyron has found, all credit to him he has found a fantastic example and in the best Colour

To be honest I'm through with mass scale modifications to any car I'm going to own from here on, a better head unit, full service, new fuel pump and a remap for UK and that'll be about it for me - I will get the geometry done as well while I'm at it so I don't start scrubbing out tyres.

For this reason a FSTi may be better suited for a DD than a 22B or a S202. Time will tell
