We did have some awesome posters back then. Many a time I'd be howling with laughter at DCI Gene Hunt's posts. Some of the banter in muppets was surreal. The likes of Lightning, Karl, Bubba et al provided laughs on another level.
Even the trolls of that era had something about them. Sociopath, Nacro and Lord Shrek to name three.
Plus those no longer with us Andy the jock, Tam the Bam and others, all bona fide legends.
There were all sorts on here back then, but the banter was always just that... banter. Some legendary threads.... Moles, Stampede, Capacious Nadgers
Plus there were some really great proper Scooby people, people like John Felstead used to post all the time back then. The Scoob was still quite new and people were finding out how to make them go better (and not so better in some cases).
The trolls like Nacro and Mycroft were even better quality trolls than we get today:-)
In all seriousness though the list is stupid. How can I with over 50 thumbs down not be bottom. It bloody annoys me. The last ting I want to be is popular on a forum populated by more than its fair share of posters who I think are utter w4nkers!
