What the same Muslims killing other Muslims who fail to subscribe to their extremist ideology? Or those Muslims who denounce all those including other Muslims as legitimate targets in their quest for extremist fervour?

Nope. The red wearing Father Christmas was Coca-Cola's doing, but they weren't the first to depict him in red and that they'd "created" him is an urban legend. St. Nicholas, on the other hand, was a historical figure who gave gifts and became the mythical Santa Claus. I won't call you rude names though.

my monies on the fact that they are holed up in some posh hotel waiting to be found,so they can have a shootout and hopefully take a few more out,after all they need to get killed not captured

I've looked at the videos in super slo-mo etc and did notice a few irregularities.
The bullet ricochet on the concrete being one.
The attack seemed very coordinated, the "terrorists" seemed to know how to handle their weapons and looked like they knew what they were doing.
The roads were very quiet, no cars, strange considering a busy week day and times.
It's easy to make assumptions saying false flag or CIA/Mossad operation etc but we will never really know.
I mean the masses generally are that stupid, past much more obvious false flags could punch 90% of the masses in the nose and they still wouldn't buy it.
The media portrays what truth it wants the masses to hear.

In view of the current movement against Islam in Germany (Pegida, I think ?), it'll be interesting to see the French response in a few days after they have finished mourning.
Maybe someone can tell me the last time Christian Fundamentalists were offended by something and murdered a few people to make a point.
In my opinion Islam is inherently incapable of integration.
