This whole thread was started about the slaying of lots of innocent children, being of innocent mind and having no care about religious wars.
I couldn't care less which book or teachings are followed - kids have been killed and to prove what exactly?
So why are people arguing over reading the Quran, Jesus or any other proclamation that nobody on earth can guarantee?
I couldn't care less who believes what - when it comes to kids being murdered I don't see how there can possibly be an argument.

I simply see them as "bouncers" controlling entry into each's particular club, a condition of entry is to accept the rules

The sad but ironic fact is that if one of those savage Taliban monsters (ironically condemned by the Afghan Taliban as being Anti Muslim) after pointing his gun and spraying his bullets into 14year old children

Repented, and asked Jesus for salvation, he would be welcomed into the Kingdom of heaven - and have the majesty of God (the same God btw) revealed to him

join the club - Nice gig

This is theological legalism. Within the Abrahamic traditions it would apply to Judaism (see: Pharisees) and also Islam. It does not apply to Protestant Christianity were it's explicitly stated via the doctrine of Sola fide.

Saving Grace, within the doctrine of Sola fide, is imputed by God. Yes it's possible for a wretch to be 'saved', but (according to Baptist theology, to which I adhere) it's God's call as to who is and who's not 'saved'. This is known as election.

Imagine a Christian saying this to a Muslim.
