They are most likely either Chelsea Headhunters or Combat 18. Chelsea has a long history with having their unwanted following. These aren't football fans just like the other examples brought up aren't but organised criminal gangs and thugs who use football as a rivalry and status against their rival gangs. I have never said every football fan behaves like that, you are reading that into my posts because you want to have a pop and yet you claim I am the one with no intelligence.
