I would add Piston heads to that list too, and don't forget to post the links to every thread.

Edit to add: Naisoc and any other US forums as well as Type R/RA and the Forester forums, Forester.org, and Legacy forums too, get this going viral world wide, that's what I would do.

If the threads disappear, start them again.

They obviously don't have a clue about the power of the internet, it's time they were shown and made an example of, it's not the first time it's been done from here.

It wont be long before they dissolve their present company and start up in a different name like all the dodgy car traders do that have jumped on the Japanese car bandwagon..

I guess, although you will probably be chasing them around the internet under one name of another for years and years!

The best place to spread the word is on Facebook, there are more Subaru groups on there than there is people!.......Join the group, say a little piece and add a link back to here.....Job done.

It doesn't have to be the OP that does it, anyone reading this thread who is part of a Subaru Facebook group can spread the word

I got banned from the original Subaru swap shop FB page for telling a big grock in Blackpool (Dentons removals or something to that effect) that dump valves do not enhance the performance of his Subaru and do not equate to 15bhp.

I was hurt. I cried. I was only trying to be a good person.

Still no one has called me back out the BMW I bought with the failed turbo charger? Can someone please call me back? I've called 11 times now...

Kate Butler Hi Simon, did anyone ever get back to you about your bmw? We bought a Touareg from Cheshire Performance two months ago, it broke down within two hours of us buying it and it took until last week for them to agree to giving us a refund as the car was unfit for purpose (havent seen it since september as it went back to them to be 'fixed'). Despite us sending all the documents back a week ago we still havent been given our refund and are now having to threaten to have the company wound up legally.. shocking really. No one ever calls back, customer service is rude and clearly they want to withold

they have not filed any company accounts which could mean they have no assets because as you may or may not know it is illegal to run a ltd company with no assets. So they could be delaying their accounts as long as is allowed by the law so that they can maintain the limited liability afforded to them by a limited company.

More and more is unfolding.

I've taken court action and the costs will be building. I'm sure 'the law' has gone the same route although they attempted to refund him. Too little too late, expenses have already spiralled.

Many more interesting stories on the fb page too. Cracking little outfit....

It's in court, can't discuss further other than they haven't got a leg to stand on.

Default Omg

After looking for an sti for a while i finally found this cheshire performance and it wasnt to far 1 hour 30 mins away and they had a selection of sti's in my price range so i decided to ring up and have a chat about the cars i was interested in long story short they no nothuing about cars engines bodywork etc i stressed how important it was for me to find one without rust he assured me it had no rust and was MINT CONDITION, soon as i got there i seen the car and wow i couldnt believe my eyes what a mess he told me it had just come back from the valeters! He must have ment drive through car wash at asda it was not shiney the front and back bumpers had been painted badly side skirts were totally scratched from people getting out the car boot was soaking and stank of damp scratches all over and low and behold rust on the drivers wheel arch! I was so annoyed i just laughed and walked off! They had a lot there and to be honest dont take note of the pics i looked round a few of them quickly and there not worth anything they look like they have dont a million miles and no1 has a clue what the cars have had done to them! Do not go here! Please for your own sake

"scratched side skirts" surely you would expect that with ANY used car?? Poor paint and rust fair enough..! BUT not the end of the world to repaint?

Eitherway looks like you had an early escape!

Ye i agree not a major problem but when you ring and tell them your after a mint condition car and they tell you its mint you would expect that, plus they wernt like little marks that would be liveable but it looked like they had been scrapped all the way across with ice skates haha just a bunch of liers hoping people will just have it because they have travelled there

The problem is these jokers are just the tip of the iceberg, loads of dealers are doing the same.
The used car market is a minefield ...

Well, aslong as we leave our negative reviews of these so called dealers people can make their minds up before wasting their time. I've wasted 5-6months of mine.
