I think my noisy Subaru has half to do with his hatred. He's just not that content with his two 4x4's that all us lot pay for.

Come to mine, he keeps one 4x4 out and the other is in the garage next to my garage.

It's hardly incredulous given how willing the government are to hand out benefits. One car he will have bought the other will be via mobility allowance.

If hes a fat **** then the chances are hes not gonna be able to fight anyway, youll either see his punches coming or hell gas out after throwing a few punches anyway, just jump in smack him a few times and jump back out, kesp doing that and youll eventually drop him.

If the story is true sounds like your ar$e has gone to me. Anyone who references their size and the fact they can fight clearly can't.

He an old man who's 25 stone!

Grow a pair or bend over and keep taking it.

easy lads, not everyone likes confrontation or fighting. Maybe the guy just wants an easy life etc which is fair enough.

One thing i will say though is if your 6" tall and weigh approx 15stone then you have a descent build for a fighter and i suggest you get some training in ya, you'll soon enough realise you're not made of glass

Got to laugh at all the keyboard warriors if nothing else.

To the OP, I think I be looking at CCTV to capture the root bag at his work.
Also - you think he's on benefits, well then report the ***** and say he's working and claiming.

If the police refuse to act then I'd make a formal complaint to the local station supervisor.

IF there is any truth in what you have said he has firstly committed a s.5 public order act offence with the revving and chainsaw antics and secondly he has committed a battery by hitting you with the car or assault with a weapon (yes a car can be classed as such).

Therefore make a complaint to the police supervisor about it and force them to act.

Get the fat f**k to chase you, that should finish him off.

His daughter came kicking and bashing our back door, threatened to rip my wife's face off and he came out calling me a lying ******* at the top of his voice. Though he went quiet after I told her he said I shouldn't have been where I was during the connect.

Dunno, certainly not a noisy Subaru, I had a stock Saxo VTR when I moved here.

It's a shared yard to be honest which is the problem and they were here first. They think they own it even though they get their rented property free off the council. Everyone annoys everyone else with blocking people in etc. My other Neighbour's husband walled him once over a car related parking incident.

Apparently they only moved here because they'd upset too many people down the road at their old address.

I know I upset Tommy and his flock on here with my MPG claims and the fact I can unbelievably hear a Turbo spool from 50 yards but away from the forum madness I'm pretty easy going.

The Police are trying to slap an harassment order? on him now.

Just knock on his door and ask if he needs a hug!!

If that fails, just tell the local kids that you will take them out in Wakefields fastest Impreza if they smash his windows and give him some verbal abuse!!

So you really could have done with the cctv tonight then, you'd have them storming over and booting your door.
Get it done , i doubt you'd need to use it unless the Neanderthals are really stupid enough to act like that on camera.

He's said to the police I've been harassing and intimidating him for years. The Police, who told me he's very upset, are suggesting mediation.

I suppose the law will always favour the older couple and or those on health related benefits.

What can you do?

We dug their cat out of 18" of snow once after they couldn't be arsed finding her, the ungrateful swines.

Knock on his front door, when he opens it spit in his face and start running, the old fart will have a heart attack while he's chasing you.

If their being a pain in the butt then contact the council/housing association (which ever) as I think if someone has been moved because of nuisance or aggressive behavior to neighbours etc, they had to sign something saying that it wouldn't happen again. If this is the case then there clearly breaking that contract and therefore are liable for being rehoused/kick out.
Double check it as I'm not certain if what I have heard is true

But I would seek advice on both routes with the council and the Police about getting it sorted amicably if possible.
