Not a dig. It was an observation.

Why the name calling? Why so mad?

Honestly Flynn I don't like getting into this with people on here because it makes you and me look silly. It's getting worse for you I tell you. We don't make bogus claims. We have the original auction sheet stating 1 Japanese owner from the Japanese log book and a translation also. Can forward that onto any genuine buyer to show its a 1 owner car. Ps why did you advertise an r8 on mlr? Just to show everyone on the website how big your ***** are? That's the only thing I can think of. Ps I'm not a hater I'm happy you got big *****....lol

No Maz enlighten me.

This is why people steer clear of forums like scoobynet. Personally met a lot of top lads on here but then you get this.

Thank you, my ***** are happy you're happy.

It's nice car, I've seen the auction sheet. You can't claim one careful owner though. For all you know he could have been a right ****.

Good luck with your sale, as said, nice grade 4b car. You should clear a couple of grand on it, not the 4-5k your asking for though.

As youre a trader, will it come with a warranty?

Max seen most of the cars you've advertised here on Scoobynet and the amount of stick you've had is ridiculous as the cars in my opinion have been mint and to a very high standard... Glwts cracking motor

Adam, can I ask why you keep referring to yourself as "we"? As in "We don't make bogus claims" and "We have the original auction sheet"

Where have I been derogatory? Where have I insulted anyone?

Ive been insulted, but it bounces off me you see. Doesn't bother me.

Again, I made an observation, and certain people have took it on themselves to be offended.

Offensive is taken, not given.

Show me where I've shown "personal grief".

My first comment had a smiley face and everything

....oh, and 12 years..... Try 7. Maths not a strength :@)

Mods needs to intervene here!
Nice detailed advert, Gorgeous car, getting sold by a genuine, well respected guy. Next thing it decends into the usual scoobynet caos!
If I wasn't so involved with my RA I would have had this in a heart beat. Hurst cars are the only Subaru dealer I would get involved with! I was speaking with Max on the phone only this morning and he really is a genuine guy who certainly shouldn't be having to answer to people who have no interest in the car.

Any serious buyers please send a pm and I will respond ASAP. Thanks for all the positive comments. I don't need to explain myself to anyone especially a troll who's come on this forum after a long time. This thread will be removed.

I'll admit I haven't exactly helped matters. However as Busta says seems Flynn's obviously upset about something.

...because I saw the car go through the auctions . I saw how much it sold for. Was a little taken back at the mark up.

Having said that, I didn't know the chap was a trader, and I'm sure he doesn't work for free, so I can see why my comments weren't welcome.

Still 4-5k Mark up on a 10-11k car is a healthy sum. Hope he gets it. Looks like a nice car judging from the auction sheet

Where exactly, do I seem upset?

Ah so you got out bidded, I knew there was something. (Hence you posting on here after 7 years)
So you have a dig at the car out of jealousy I presume seen as you didn't win it?
It's a good price considering the market of these cars, do you think he should sell it cheap then? Undervalue?
I know if I bought a car cheap, I'd certain ally sell it at going rate, wouldn't you?
There is a minimum profit when you sell cars, so if it's a larger profit involved (still priced reasonably) isn't that not allowed then in the car game?

When I used to sell 1-2k cars, I'd aim for £500 min profit but the more the better.

Now get over it, as you as a trader would do the same no?

No. Didnt get outbid.

If I wanted it, I would have bought it .... but Im not a fan of burgundy, and I prefer things a little more..........exotic

As I said before, I wasnt aware of the chap being a trader due to not have the banner thing under his name, but he clearly is, and Im not one to begrudge someone trying to make a living.

Anyway, another bump to the top for this lovely example. Its been suggusted that its only had 1 careful owner, a priest I think, does alot of charity work, never masterbated, and doesnt watch ****, non smoker, and doesnt drink and never drove the car over 30 mph. Its amazing what they put on the auction sheets

Who cares what mark up its at? When you buy toilet roll, would you want someone to come tell you only use 4 pieces to wipe your *** with? No, as its entirely up to you!

Maks, you got haters bro, they are behind for a reason.....

No, but I also wouldn't want someone to sell me the toilet roll at a ridiculous mark up, and then get all pissy about it when someone comments on the ridiculous price of the toilet roll.

Like I said before, a few times now to be fair, good luck to him. 5k profit on the car is a nice sum, I dont think he'll get it, but its a nice effort.

Maybe he's hoping he finds someone that doesnt know anything about importing cost etc....? Maybe that mug might come along, and he can take a few quid of him

Fingers crossed

Cool story bro.
I still don't get why you're here? Is it to point out the faults of this guy?
Where have you been for the other 200+ threads over that 7 years that someone was breaking the rules or making stories up?
Go and do some more haircuts fella as you're trying to come across a 'bit' nicer towards the car now

P.s when you put careful owner, dosent that suggest on condition on car and how it's been kept clean etc etc?
Stop being a smart **** you bellend!

Ok..

Another thing to note here, your bum got out bid on the car, now all of a sudden you see the car on UK market & you think

Someone put in a higher bid then you so obviously the mark up will be high! Just accept the fact you couldn't put in a higher bid

1-2k profit is for small time traders , 5-6k profit is for the big time traders.

All this thread wrecking is pointless. Its a very rare car, specially in red so I dont see why it shouldn't sell like all the other Hurst have sold..

Again.....I didnt bid on it. Im not a trader. I import cars for other people if they want one.

Thank you for the figures on the small time traders and the big time traders. That is valuable information. Ill phone Donald Trump and Alan Sugar up in the morning and ensure they are up to speed with your new figures

Anyhooo...........

If you read back through my comments, you will see that Ive only commented on the price. I havent insulted anyone, I havent slated the car, and I havent slated the person selling it.....yet if you look at the traffic directed at me, you will see all of those things............makes you think, doesnt it

You've done your level best to suggest the seller is greedy, unscrupulous, dishonest and a rip off merchant. He is none of those things by the way. So how can you claim you've just made a few casual comments?
It must have smarted, really smarted for you to come on here (after a seven year sabbatical) and try to scupper someone's for sale thread. Then you have the audacity to profess your innocence and suggest you're the one hard done by. What's the mark up on your 'hairdresser's' car incidentally?

We all know you've been cockey about the car and seller with little digs, insult or not it's the same thing.
You're obviously distressed about it, otherwise you wouldn't be here posting and busy buying exotic cars?
Every time you post you let more out lol.
Dig at me all you want I have thick skin

More hairdresser comments. Why do you insist on trying to drag me down to your level?

If all hairdressers drive around in 5.2 litre V10 mid engined convertible supercars, then I can live with that.

Haters gonna hate

Oh, the car is up at £97,995 if your interested.

Perhaps sell your house and you might be able to afford to put a deposit on it..............badum tish
