Excellent result for him considering it's the first time it's been used in anger in 2 years.

Pretty sure he'll join Andy and Steven Darley in the 4 cylinder 8 second 1/4 mile category with a bit more set up time.

dave w did 10.1 in a road spec impreza with full interior and road tyres, he only told me several hundred times on saturday

 

great weekend with team cams and well done to emmaroids the events only female driver, she held her own all weekend and even nailed using the l/c

its not a real plate, just a bit of fun for the lady driver, it went down very well, loads of people chuckling and taking pics and having a laugh about it, which was what the weekend was all about for us.

 

believe it or not andy,s car is fully road legal!

Wasn't the best start to the day and I suspect the car behind needed new pants.
Lucky it was only the burn out lol

Got a fair sequence to go through with switches and your heads focusing on what you want to do rather than what you are doing. I went for a launch to warm tyres up and it just bogged so I thought right I will do that again lol. So was then being rushed by start crew to stage and forget to check gear indicator showed first lol. I did stop it pretty instantly I thought lol

Car was fighting in the morning with a few niggles but got there in the afternoon just needed more time to get used to driving it at the increased power.
