As for Mickywrx - I can't remember meeting you ever, certainly never mapped your car nor have I ever fixed laptops apart from my own so I really don't know who you are thinking of

Duncan, if you didn't have your head so far up your own ****, then you would have met me properly. Dismissing me at TOTB a couple of years ago when I approached you about advertising on a local forum, which was already agreed that I would catch you there, because, and this is what you said; "Can't talk, eating my ice cream." and proceeding to make haste away.

That is true . I don't think I would like to do it. Lol. But you are right mate must be info out there for mapping . And get a laptop and program's . & you are well away . And sure if someone got stuck there would be help on hear. Like your thinking mate.

just need to do shed loads more reading 1st before I take the plunge! Quick question...When I get my ESL it will be loaded with a base map which I then intend on tweaking,is it possible to switch between the base map on the ESL and my stock ecu map once the board is soldered in?Cheers Rich
