Can I have the tracking number which I requested on Friday? Have been waiting 11 days and still no sign of the coil packs. Frequently order parts from breakers on the mainland and I have never had to wait this long...

 

Another day and still no parts. Are you going to bother replying to my PM or not? If you haven't posted it (the only reason I can think of that you are so unwilling to give me a tracking number) I would like a full refund of the £60.
