It's been said before, but ESL is 295+VAT and you can map to any spec you want.

update, ive replaced the ecu for an import wrx unit, and changed the injectors for wrx spec, no spark now, and its not imobilized, i take it im going to have to fettle with the wires now? any info on what would need doing would be great, thanks,

 

have you had a spark before for definate.

obviously check the plug and coil wires

then the cam and crank sensors. they are both at the front of engine. the cam is on right hand side i think and the crank is in the middle by the alternator.

 

cant be arsed anymore, sellin the car for parts now, had enough, no more time to waste

 

yeah have spark with sti ecu in, just nothing with wrx ecu,

 

2 options left, covered everything else, spark plugs, and check manifold gaskets to plenum chamber, poss lair leak, after that it can go for scrap!!

 

We're the injector seals ok?

 

yeah they were fine mate, changed them anyway,

 

update!!! ive found the problem guys!! the intake to turbo pipe has broken clean off , so no vacuum, ,just waiting for new one to come, , will update with rusult,

UPDATE!!!! REALLY not happy, had to sell car for spares or repair, as ran out of money after replacing everthing, THE CHAP I SOLD IT TO WAS A SCOOBY SPECIALIST, . HE RANG ME NEXT DAY AND SAID, THE ENGINE WAS SHOT, BLOWN HEADGASKET, angry DOES NOT CUT IT, THEN i look on here to find the people i bought my engine from, JD MOTORSPORT, are reliable at robbing people of their hard earned cash for damaged parts, , to add salt to the wound, they have cancelled their account on ebay, i will be chasing this up, even if it means going to carlisle and busting some jaws, i put my trust in these tw,,s and all they did was take me from behind, lost my pride and joy because of them, i will not rest till justice is done!!!!
